Boucherie Leopold just signed with us. A neighborhood butcher in Brussels, where the days run between the block and the counter. The Studio idea: turn the physical counter into an online shop with cuts catalog, click & collect, online payment and pickup notifications. The butcher keeps cutting, the site handles orders.

The problem
Boucherie Leopold spends its days between the block and the counter. Every customer who calls to reserve a bone-in rib or a whole lamb stops a knife.
Saturday morning, the queue spills onto the sidewalk. Some customers give up, others buy less. No system to pre-order the day before.
Questions come back every day by phone, repeating the same answers: origin, storage, cutting and cooking tips.
The Studio approach
- 01A homepage showing the artisan, the team, the meat. A photo for each cut. Tradition and craft front and centre.
- 02Online catalog with selection by type (beef, lamb, poultry, house-made charcuterie) and by cut. Secure Mollie payment, counter pickup at the chosen time.
