Data we collect
We collect the following data:
- Contact form : name, email address, current website (optional), message
- Online diagnostic : name, email, project type, budget, timeline, message
- Site chatbot : messages exchanged with the assistant, first name and email if you share them spontaneously for a callback
- Human chat (Tawk.to) : messages exchanged, name and email if provided, IP address and connection data handled by Tawk.to
- Audience measurement : analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (only after consent)

B2B outbound prospecting
As part of our web development activity for professionals, we may contact companies, self-employed workers and businesses established in Belgium whose professional contact details are publicly accessible (websites, public directories, professional registers, OpenStreetMap).
Base légale
Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR): promoting our services to a relevant professional audience (shops and SMEs without a website or with an obsolete one). No personal data from private individuals is collected for prospecting purposes.
Data processed
- Company name, business sector, municipality
- Public professional address
- Professional email address (generic or nominative if linked to the relevant function)
- Existing website (URL)
- Technical audit score (performance, SEO, accessibility)
Retention
- Uncontacted prospects: 12 months after collection
- Contacted prospects with no reply: 24 months after last contact
- Prospects who opted out: deleted within 7 days, email hash kept for 3 years to prevent re-contact
Right to object
Absolute right to object. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also write to contact@pixelnoir.dev to be removed immediately from our prospecting base.
Data source
Specified in every first email (OpenStreetMap, public directory, business website, etc.).
Retention periods
- Contact and diagnostic data: 3 years after last exchange
- Chatbot conversations (Supabase): 12 months maximum
- Human chat conversations (Tawk.to): 12 months maximum
- Analytics data (Google Analytics 4): 14 months
- Technical logs and anti-abuse protection: 30 days maximum

Website hosting and serverless function execution. HQ: USA. Transfer covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
Supabase Inc.
Storage of chatbot conversations and leads. HQ: USA, data hosted in the European Union. SCC + technical measures.
Anthropic PBC
Provider of the AI model (Claude) powering the chatbot. Messages are not used for training. HQ: USA. SCC.
Tawk.to Inc.
Real-time human chat (loaded only after consent). HQ: USA. SCC.
Google LLC, Google Analytics 4
Anonymised audience measurement, loaded only after consent. HQ: USA. SCC + IP anonymisation.
Cloudflare Inc.
Bot protection on the contact form (Turnstile) and CDN. HQ: USA. SCC.
Resend Inc.
Transactional email delivery (diagnostic reports, confirmations). HQ: USA. SCC. Emails are not used for any other purpose.

Redis rate limiting to protect forms from flood attacks. HQ: USA, EU servers (Frankfurt). SCC.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Access : obtain a copy of your data
- Rectification : correct inaccurate data
- Erasure : request deletion of your data
- Objection : object to processing
- Portability : receive your data in a structured format
- Withdrawal of consent : at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
To exercise your rights, contact us at contact@pixelnoir.dev. Any access or deletion request is processed within 30 days. For full erasure, indicate your contact email or the approximate date of your conversation.
Automatic purge
Chatbot and human chat conversations are automatically deleted after 12 months by a scheduled database job. Google Analytics 4 data is kept for up to 14 months then automatically purged by Google.
Complaint
If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the law, you may file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (DPA):
