What are the Studio prices?
Three plans: Essential at €49/month (bookings, phone control), Intelligence at €109/month (AI chatbot, voice dictation, quotes, translation) and Pro at €159/month (all Intelligence + advanced trade features). Site setup on custom quote. 6-month commitment.
Studio or a classic custom website?
Studio if you want a system working for you, controlled from your phone, with monthly subscription and zero third-party tool to manage. A classic custom site if you just want a brochure you update via your developer, without subscription. Studio pays for itself the moment it captures one client outside business hours.
How much does a website cost?
Showcase site from €500, typical range €800 to €1,500 depending on scope. E-commerce from €1,500. Web app and SaaS on quote. Professional email with Microsoft 365 from €300. Optional maintenance & security at €100/month. All prices are public and fixed once quoted, no surprises mid-project.
How long does it take to build a website?
Showcase site delivered in 7 business days once we have your content (text, photos, logo). E-commerce 2 to 4 weeks depending on product count. Studio delivered in 3 weeks (site + system connection). Web apps quoted with precise timeline in the proposal.
Does Pixel Noir use WordPress?
No. We build with Next.js (React + TypeScript), the modern stack used by Netflix, TikTok and Notion. Concrete result: high PageSpeed score, zero vulnerable plugin to patch weekly, lightweight hosting, superior SEO. No page builders like Elementor or Divi either. The site stays fast even after 5 years, without tech debt.

No long commitment for maintenance (monthly), 6-month commitment for Studio. We did our job, we won't hold you hostage.
What is SEO and how long before results?
SEO covers the techniques to make your site appear at the top of Google results without paying for ads. We work on technical structure, content, speed, internal linking and Google Business profiles. Realistic timeline: 3 to 6 months for first rankings on local keywords, 6 to 12 months for competitive ones. Local SEO is included by default in every site we build, no separate recurring fee.
What is the Google PageSpeed score of Pixel Noir sites?
All delivered sites aim for a high score on the 4 Google PageSpeed Insights axes: performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO. Measured under real 4G mobile conditions, not desktop wifi. We aim for a fast experience everywhere, even on older smartphones.
Are your sites GDPR-compliant?
Yes, by default. Hosting in Frankfurt (Germany, EU), granular consent banner, legal notice and privacy policy custom-written for your activity, processing register provided if you handle customer data. We also configure right-to-be-forgotten and data export endpoints to handle GDPR requests.
Where is my site and data hosted?
Site hosted in Frankfurt (Germany) on Vercel Pro infrastructure. Customer database also in Frankfurt (Supabase EU). Encrypted daily backups, 30-day retention. No customer data leaves the European Union. Compliant with GDPR and Schrems II framework.
Why a professional @your-domain email?

We set up Microsoft 365 with SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication so your emails land in inbox not spam, calendar and OneDrive included. What does the €100/month maintenance & security include?
Hosting, domain name, SSL certificate, security headers, encrypted daily backups, 24/7 monitoring with alerts if site goes down, security updates, up to 3 content changes per month, email support with response within 24 business hours. No commitment, monthly cancellation.
Can I edit my site myself after delivery?
With Studio, yes: everything is editable from your phone (text, photos, hours, prices, announcements, catalog). With a classic custom site, no by default: changes go through us (3 included/month with maintenance, otherwise €60/h). If you want autonomy without Studio, we can integrate a visual editor for key blocks, quoted separately.
Do you only work in Brussels?
Based in Jette (Brussels), we serve clients across Belgium (Flanders, Wallonia, German-speaking community) and internationally. In-person meetings possible in Brussels; otherwise everything happens via chat.
How to get a Pixel Noir quote?

What payment methods does Pixel Noir accept?
SEPA bank transfer, Stripe (credit or debit card), Mollie (Bancontact, instant transfer, cards). For one-shot projects: 30% on order, 70% on delivery. For Studio and maintenance subscriptions: automatic monthly direct debit. Billing in EUR, Belgian VAT applied (Métropole Inv. SRL, BE0633.543.622).
How long to get a quote response?
24 business hours maximum, often same day if the request comes in before 5pm. For simple projects (showcase, pro email, maintenance): direct quoted estimate. For complex projects (e-commerce, app, custom Studio): quote within 24 hours after a chat brief. No aggressive sales follow-up, you decide afterwards.
