CoachPro+ was born from a real need: as an athlete, I was looking for a tool to centralize the coach/athlete relationship without juggling Excel, WhatsApp and PDFs. Nobody was doing it right, so we built it.
The problem
Coaches use Excel, Google Docs, WhatsApp and PDFs to manage their athletes. Result: no structured tracking, no usable history, no long-term vision.
Athlete side: you get a PDF, mentally tick it off, and the coach has no numerical feedback on what was actually done.
Existing fitness apps are either too generic, or too expensive for an independent coach.
The approach
- 01Understand the coach's real workflow before writing a single line of code.
- 02Build two distinct experiences: the coach drives, the athlete executes. Each one sees what they need, nothing more.
- 03Iterate with real users until friction drops to zero.
What we solved

When the athlete finishes a session, the coach sees it instantly. No refresh, no delay.
A product that adapts
The system handles a strength program as well as a cardio or mobility plan without rewriting anything. The product adapts to coaches, not the other way around.
