Why isn't the setup price shown?
Because it depends on your catalog, your integrations and what your business needs. A spa with 20 services doesn't pay the same as a print shop with 300 references. A short conversation is enough for a precise, honest quote.
How long until my site is live?
Three weeks. Day 1: we listen (photos, copy, prices, tone). Day 10: we build, we configure, we train the chatbot on your business. Day 21: you get phone access and a 30-minute walk-through.
Can I see Studio in action before signing?
Yes. We run a live 20-minute demo of Studio in action. No commitment. You ask your questions, we show the key features and we discuss what Studio can concretely do for your business.
Who makes edits on the site?
During the build, us. Edits to text, structure, photos, design happen on the mockup, together, until you approve. Once Studio is delivered, you run everything from your phone: prices, hours, products, photos, announcements. You gain autonomy on the day-to-day, without paying for each small change. And when you need us, redesign, new feature, advice, we are here, that is part of Studio.
Can I stop whenever I want?
We ask for a 6-month commitment at the start. That's the time we need to build your site properly, support you and let Studio do its job. After that, you're free to stop whenever. Heads-up: if you stop the subscription, the Studio service gently switches off (chatbot, phone pilot, the assistant, SMS reminders and auto-quotes stop running). Your website stays online as a static page. Your texts, photos, logo and client base stay yours, we hand them back in one click.
Is the Studio subscription tax-deductible?
Yes. Studio is professional software: for a self-employed person or a company in Belgium, the subscription is a 100% deductible business expense, and the VAT is usually recoverable if you are VAT-registered. It is not a refund, it is an expense that leaves your taxable base. The exact amount it saves you depends on your situation: your accountant works it out in two minutes.
Where are you based?
Pixel Noir is based in Jette, Brussels. We work with freelancers, SMEs and shops across the Brussels Region (Anderlecht, Schaerbeek, Ixelles, Uccle, Laeken, Ganshoren) and the whole of French and Dutch-speaking Belgium. Studio is fully managed from your phone, so we work with clients all over Belgium without any issue. And if you want to meet in person, our HQ is at café Le Metropole in Jette, we share a coffee together.
