Why isn't the setup price shown?
Because it depends on your catalog, your integrations and what your business needs. A spa with 20 services doesn't pay the same as a print shop with 300 references. 15 minutes of conversation is enough for a precise, honest quote.
How long until my site is live?
Three weeks. Day 1: we listen (photos, copy, prices, tone). Day 10: we build, we configure, we train the chatbot on your business. Day 21: you get phone access and a 30-minute walk-through.
Can I see Studio in action before signing?
Yes. We run a live 20-minute demo on an existing site, tailored to your trade. No commitment. You ask your questions, we show how it works for a case like yours.
Who makes edits on the site?
During the build, us. Edits to text, structure, photos, design happen on the mockup, together, until you approve. Once Studio is delivered, you run everything from your phone: prices, hours, products, photos, announcements. Without disturbing us, without paying for each change. That's the whole point of Studio.
Can I stop whenever I want?
We ask for a 6-month commitment at the start. That's the time we need to build your site properly, support you and let Studio do its job. After that, you're free to stop whenever. Heads-up: if you stop the subscription, the Studio service gently switches off (chatbot, phone pilot, AI, SMS reminders and auto-quotes stop running). Your website stays online as a static page. Your texts, photos, logo and client base stay yours, we hand them back in one click.
Can I upgrade from Essential to Intelligence along the way?
Yes, anytime. Instant transition, no downtime, no hidden fees. You move up a tier, limits lift the same day.
Do you handle hosting and the domain name?
Year one is fully included in the setup: hosting in Europe, domain name (if you don't have one yet), security certificate, automated backups and updates. From year two: if you keep your Studio subscription going without interruption, we keep covering all of it at no extra cost. If you stop the subscription, the annual hosting and domain renewal becomes your responsibility.
How do my clients pay online?
By card, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay. The money lands directly in your account, not ours. You stay in control of your income.
Does Studio work with my current WordPress site?
No. Studio is a site built for you, not a plugin. We build your new Pixel Noir site and migrate your copy, photos and Google ranking from the existing site so nothing is lost.
Who owns my content and my clients?
You stay the owner of all your content: texts, photos, logo and client base. Everything is exportable on request in a standard format. The site itself (code, technical structure, Studio system) remains the property of Pixel Noir, as is standard with this type of service across agencies. Details are in our terms of service.
Is my data protected?
Yes. Everything is hosted in Europe on GDPR-compliant servers. You're the only one who accesses your client data. Export on demand, anytime.
What if I have a bug or a question?
