What if the assistant says something stupid to my clients?

The assistant is tightly scoped to the content you give it (your prices, hours, FAQ, catalogue). If a question goes beyond, it says "let me put you in touch with the team" instead of making things up. You see every conversation in your dashboard and you can take over whenever you want.

How do you train it on my business?

During setup, we collect your catalogue, prices, hours, FAQ, policies (cancellation, delivery, payment) and tone of voice. The assistant relies only on that. No client data is used for training.

How long to set up the assistant?

The assistant is part of Studio Intelligence. The full Studio setup (site + assistant + your trade modules) takes 3 weeks end to end. Day 1 we listen, Day 10 we build, Day 21 we deliver.

Does the assistant replace my mailbox or my phone?
