Studio site concept proposed to Pneu Simonis, an independent garage in Brussels. The idea: turn the phone switchboard into a booking and ordering machine, with a chatbot that advises customers on their tyres 24/7.
The problem
An independent garage spends its days on the phone: bookings, tyre quotes, availability, prices, sizes. Every call cuts the workshop.
Customers who call outside opening hours go to the competitor. Those who hesitate on size leave without buying anything.
The paper schedule doesn't keep up, bookings overlap, and nobody knows exactly how many tyres are in stock.
The Studio approach
