Studio site concept proposed to Simonis Pneus, an independent tyre specialist in Koekelberg (Brussels). The idea: keep the workshop open for walk-ins, and bring online the size search, tyre ordering, fitting booking and the seasonal change reminder.
The problem
A tyre specialist spends the day on the phone: sizes, availability, prices, fitting slots. Every call cuts the workshop.
Customers searching for a size in the evening, outside opening hours, end up at a competitor or a big platform.
Fitting appointments are set by voice, the paper schedule overlaps, and half the customers forget to come back at the seasonal change.
The Studio approach
- 01We keep the workshop open for walk-ins, and add online size search: the customer types 205/55 R16 and instantly sees what fits, new or used.
- 02The customer orders their tyres and books the fitting slot in two clicks, payment or deposit online, pickup and fitting in store.
- 03When the change season comes back (winter, summer), Simonis sends an email to its customers to rebook. Recurring revenue twice a year.
