Lotus Touch works solo. A Thai masseuse who travels to her clients' homes in Wolvertem and the surrounding area. At the start: no online presence at all, everything went through phone calls. No site, no public calendar, no way for a new client to book without calling. We shipped her a Studio site in purple and gold with online bookings, automatic SMS reminders, and a calendar she manages entirely from her phone.
The problem
Lotus Touch had zero online presence. Every booking went through phone calls, which meant picking up during a massage, or calling back late at night.
No way for a new client to discover the offer, see prices, or book without having to dare to call a stranger.
Multilingual communication handled case by case (FR, NL, sometimes EN), no image consistency.
Changing a price, adding a promo, closing a day: required calling us or waiting for a dev. Unacceptable for a service that changes every month.
The approach

- 04100% mobile control: she changes her hours, prices, promos from her phone, between appointments. No call to us, no dependency.

FR/NL/EN with adapted content, no Google Translate. She no longer translates on the fly over the phone depending on the client's origin.

24h SMS reminder before the appointment, automatic. Fewer no-shows, more useful revenue, and she has nothing to do for it.
