Lotus Touch works solo. A Thai masseuse who welcomes her clients in her private practice in Wolvertem, next to Meise. At the start: no online presence at all, everything went through phone calls. No site, no public calendar, no way for a new client to book without calling. We shipped her a Studio site in purple and gold with online bookings, automatic SMS reminders, and a calendar she manages entirely from her phone.

The problem
Lotus Touch had zero online presence. Every booking went through phone calls, which meant picking up during a massage, or calling back late at night.
No way for a new client to discover the offer, see prices, or book without having to dare to call a stranger.
Multilingual communication handled case by case (FR, NL, sometimes EN), no image consistency.
Changing a price, adding a promo, closing a day: required calling us or waiting for a dev. Unacceptable for a service that changes every month.
The approach
