Studio site concept proposed to Racines Vertes, a garden creation, maintenance and renovation company in Wemmel and the Brussels region. The idea: keep the showcase site as is, and plug in underneath online quotes, on-site visit booking, scheduled recurring maintenance and a before/after gallery that reassures before the first call.
The problem
A gardener receives quote requests by phone or email, with photos scattered across messages. Every estimate takes time before the mower even comes out.
Recurring maintenance contracts (mowing, hedge trimming) are managed on a paper schedule. One forgotten appointment, and the customer moves to a competitor.
The finished work exists as photos on the gardener's phone, but nobody sees them before making contact. Hard to judge quality from a plain description.
The Studio approach
